When will my order ship?
Our first Mono-sling collection is made to order. Depending on availability, orders can take between 1-3 weeks to ship. After your purchase online, an email will be sent confirming shipping date and details.
What US shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer USPS First Class Mail & UPS Shipping. Prices are calculated at checkout using USPS & UPS real time quotes and are based on weight and destination.
insatiable is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties charges issued by your respective country.
All online orders ship from our US studio in New York.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping, and encourage customers choose UPS for all international deliveries.
UPS Worldwide Expedited
Standard delivery time for UPS Worldwide Expedited is 3-4 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.

Our return policy
While we're committed to creating quality products and hope you enjoy your purchase, if you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a return request within 30 days after the item has been delivered.
The item being returned must be unworn/unused with all original hangtags intact.
The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to our studio and the replacement item shipping cost. Refunds or store credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned eligible items. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show on your account balance. Handmade to order items, such as the MONO-SLING Series, are not eligible for refunds, but only store credit.
Do you handle returns internationally?
We don’t provide international returns at this point.
How do I send an item back for a refund?
In order to send an item back for a refund, please email email@example.com to be provided with the address of where to ship your return. When your return has been received and processed by us, your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Refund times may vary, but generally returns are fully processed within 3-5 business days from receipt by the return center. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for your refund to post back to your account.
